Do I need to give these to my dog every day to see a benefit?
For your dog to receive the full benefits, we’d recommend administering per the instructions on the package over the course of the day. For example, the daily amount can be divided throughout the day or fed at one time.
Do the products come as a one-month supply?
Depending on your dog’s weight, the product will last anywhere from a week to a little over a month based on feeding guidelines. Please reference the feeding instructions to determine the amount to give your dog each day.
How long before I see a benefit in my dog?
The benefits of different supplements and their active ingredients may be directly visible or may work within your pet to provide their health benefit without being directly visible.
This will differ between each of the EverRoot product benefits. It is also important to consider that each dog is different and the length of time to observe visible effects will be unique to your pet.
How should I administer the supplements to my dog?
If your dog eats or drinks the supplement, you have administered it correctly.
Oil: Prior to administration, we recommend shaking the oil in the bottle before use. This will properly mix the ingredients together and will allow the oil to pour easily out of the bottle.

What product certifications do the supplements have?
The entire line of EverRoot product supplements feature the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) seal and are made without artificial colors or flavors. The oil and chewable tablet products are Non-GMO Project Verified. Depending on the product, they may also be USDA Certified Organic. Other products feature the Marine Stewardship Council label indicating the seafood ingredient is wild, sustainable, and traceable.
Can I use multiple supplements to deliver a variety of benefits at one time?
Absolutely! You can give your dog as many different EverRoot supplements as you like. While we wouldn’t expect your dog to experience any digestive upset, there is always a risk when mixing more than one supplement together that have different formulas. Please feed according to the Directions for Use on the packaging.
How do I know which form to give to my dog?
We offer a variety of forms based on a dog’s preference. Since every dog is different, you may find that your dog prefers one form over another.
Is there a benefit of giving my dog one form over the other?
Each of the supplements will provide the same benefit to your dog as stated on the package regardless of the form; however, your dog may prefer one form over
another.
The oils, tablets, and soft chews should last about a month for a medium-sized dog.
How should I store products after they have been opened?
Store opened tablets and soft chews in a cool, dry place and make sure the container is closed. Opened bottles of oil should be refrigerated and used within
100 days.

Our abilities to make changes or cancel an order that is in process are limited as we try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, often the same day. How do I pause, cancel, or make changes to my subscription?
